MIGUEL SERRATO
Head of Business
Brand strategist and creative consultant with over a decade of experience, working at global agencies such as Ogilvy, VICE Media, MullenLowe, and McCann in key roles, ranging from art direction to strategic planning. He has developed brand platforms and creative solutions for leading companies such as AB InBev (Corona, Budweiser, Stella Artois), Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Mondelēz, Henkel, Nutresa, and WEC.
Since 2018, he has focused on creating and growing purpose-driven brands and ventures, driving storybranding initiatives. Since 2024, he aims to integrate AI into her clients' work.

BRENDA JÁCOME
Head of Creativity
A creative with over a decade of experience in the advertising industry, she has been recognized at festivals such as Cannes Lions, LIA, The Drum, Lürzer's Archive, El Sol, FIAP, El Ojo de Iberoamérica, Effie Latam, and Effie Colombia. In 2023, she was recognized as one of the region's leading creatives by Ojo Mujeres en el Ojo de Iberoamérica, selected for the LIAisons 2024 program, and a member of the Cannes Lions 2025 jury. She was also part of the Cannes Lions See It Be It Latam competition in 2020.
She currently also works for Adam&EveDDB London and has collaborated with brands such as Budweiser, Corona, P&G, Poker, Stella Artois, Claro, Avianca, Toyota, and McDonald's. She has also shared her expertise teaching creativity, copywriting, and storytelling to new generations of creatives for the past five years.
